Exportable reports
Use report exports to share accurate care history with families, providers, and payer workflows. This page covers what can be exported, what data appears in each report, and how export is initiated in the app.
What you can export
| Report type | Typical use | Export format |
|---|---|---|
| Clinical Summary | High-level summary language for care review. | PDF or CSV |
| Care Timeline | Narrative timeline-oriented summary language. | PDF or CSV |
| Adherence Overview | Summary language for consistency and follow-up focus. | PDF or CSV |
| SOAP Note Report (Tier 3) | Up to three SOAP-tagged note summaries when available. | PDF or CSV |
| DAP Note Report (Tier 3) | Up to three DAP-tagged note summaries when available. | PDF or CSV |
What data appears on reports
- Report metadata: title, report type label, generated timestamp, and scope type.
- Section payload: section title plus section detail text for each section in the selected report.
- For SOAP and DAP reports: up to three matching clinical note summaries when tagged notes exist; otherwise a fallback "no notes found" section.
- CSV exports include one row per section with columns: report_title, report_type, generated_at, scope, section_title, section_detail.
- PDF exports render the same metadata and section content in a printable layout.
How report export works
- Open the Home tab and go to the Reports workspace.
- Select the report type and export format.
- Generate a report, then select the report to export.
- Use the Report export action to share according to your care team's policy.
- For SOAP or DAP outputs, create or update tagged clinical notes first, then regenerate and export.
Current report exports are metadata plus generated section text. They are not full raw data dumps of every care record table.
Navigation: where export is available
Report export is initiated only from the Home tab Reports workspace.
- Primary export location: Home tab -> Reports workspace -> Report export.
- Other tabs do not provide direct report export actions.
- SOAP and DAP report content depends on tagged clinical notes available to the report workflow.
- Tier 3 users: select the patient context in the report workspace before generating and exporting.
