Tier 3 EVV and verification walkthrough

Visit verification sequence

  1. Select patient context in Patients tab.
  2. Start EVV using /evv/start.
  3. Complete patient verification and capture required geo-location context.
  4. Document care events during active visit (/evv/active).
  5. End visit at /evv/end and review summary at /evv.

Record-of-care completion

  1. Confirm all required visit events are charted.
  2. Confirm verification status is present in visit summary.
  3. If needed, move to the Home tab Reports workspace to generate and export report output for handoff, family, or payer communication.
